Dealer Car Mats supplies tailored, made-to-order car mats for trade customers.

Made-to-order products

All products are made specifically for the vehicle selected at the time of ordering. Because of this, we cannot usually accept returns where the correct product has been supplied as ordered.

Incorrect or faulty items

If you believe an item is incorrect, faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the details and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, correction or refund.

Fitment checking

If you are unsure which product to order, please use the Order Using Reg option so our team can manually check the vehicle before production.
